Please allow me to introduce you to the Ministry of The Great Commission Coalition in Kenya. The National Director of The Great Commission Coalition in Kenya is Joseph Nyabuto Arori. Joseph is 42 years old and has a family which consists of his lovely wife Beatrice Nyangarisa Nyabuto, and three beautiful children, an 18 year old son named Benard Ombasa Nyabuto; a 13 year old son named Malachi Oroni Nyabuto; and a 6 year old daughter whose name is Wendy Sarange Nyabuto.

Joseph is from Nyamarambe Kisii in Kenya [Western part of Kenya]. Joseph came to Saving Faith in The Lord Jesus in December 1988, and has been in The Ministry since 1990.

Joseph received his Bible College Degrees in 1993, as well as Sunday School training certificate, Soul winning training certificate, Teacher training certificate, Diploma in Biblical studies, Diploma in Pastoral Theology, Diploma in Pastoral Biblical Counseling. Due to the Call of God upon his life, Joseph attended Bible College realizing that he needed to be equipped first and learn more about God's Word and the Ministry and he did undergo the necessary training.

Joseph's areas of expertise are: Pastoral Ministry, as well as Christian Education, Missionary Communication, Evangelism / Soul-Winning, Christian Leadership, and Administration.

The plans and purpose of the Great Commission Coalition in Kenya are as follows:

1. To Teach and Preach The Gospel of Jesus Christ to every creature as commanded in Mark 16:15, and Mt.28:19-20.

2. To reach the less privileged especially the orphans, widows, and the un-reached in the rural areas with The Gospel of Salvation through Jesus, and with God's Words of Hope.

3. To extend The Gospel of Jesus Christ to those in prisons, and the message of healing, deliverance, and freedom to those in hospitals dying from disease.

4. To lead the children & youth in The Way of The Lord by educating them via Christian tracts / literature, seminars / conferences, and Bible clubs in their respective schools and ministries / churches.

5. Equipping the Ministers of God (Pastors, Evangelists, etc) and Christian leaders / workers with Christian tracts, literature, newsletters, magazines, and other Christian books / publications that will enable them to “prove” their Ministries, and equally help them to fulfill their God-given vision.

6. Distribution of tracts, literature, newsletters, etc. at seminars, conferences, crusades, as well as other ministries / churches programs for the purpose of winning souls for Christ. This equally extends to markets, motor parks, moving vehicles, ceremonies, and other places where such distribution and soul winning activities may be done.

7. Holding of Christian seminars, conferences, and other Christian programs for the purpose of winning souls and increasing the spiritual uplifting of believers.

8. Operation of Bible Institute / Missionary Training Programs, Bible Clubs, and correspondence courses / distance learning programs.

9. Support of Missionary programs and services.

10. Publication of Christian books / literature / tracts.

The Great Commission Coalition in Kenya is a work with vision. It is a Ministry that has focus on winning the lost and discipleing the Children of God so they may learn what it means to actually follow Jesus.

The vision of the Ministry is basically divided into various Ministry Departments.

1. Great Commission Resource Center
This Ministry Department is a Bible Training Facility. It is the training, consulting, and, equipping Department of the Ministry. The work of this Ministry Department consists of the following:

2. Evangelistic Outreach
This Ministry Department is a soul-winning outreach that works in various ways to reach out to the lost as mandated in Mark 16:15, and Matthew 28:19-20. This Ministry ensures that The Gospel of Jesus Christ reaches orphans, widows, sick, students, rural dwellers, and prisoners. This Ministry involves the following:

In addition to reaching people with the Word of God, it is our great privilege and our Christian responsibility to provide the hurting with food items, medical care or other needs. Currently we have numerous orphans that we are helping to support. We believe it is essential to have compassion on the people as Jesus also did during His earthly Ministry. Jesus fed 5000+ people with physical food after He had fed them spiritual food. “Blessed are those that consider the poor”. Psalm 41:1. We shall ensure we offer necessary help to them as The Lord provides.

3. Christian Bible Institute
This is the Christian Education Department of the Ministry. This Ministry offers the following:

This Department goes on Missionary journeys within and outside the country for the purpose of reaching souls for Jesus. We also offer assistance in the form of Prayer, tracts / literature, books / bibles, and other necessary assistance to Christian Missionaries. This ministry includes Missionary orientation and church planting.

5. Christian Publications
This Department is in charge of the publication of Christian books, motivational / inspirational books, magazines, Ministry newsletters, as well as printing of tracts for free distribution to individuals and Ministries / churches. Currently we are in the process of publishing books on Christian Leadership, Evangelism, and Prayer.

The Heart and Mission of The Great Commission Coalition is fulfilling the Great Commission of our Lord Jesus by utilizing the Teaching and Preaching of The Word of God to the world through Internet, Radio, Television, Printed Materials, and other possible means by which men, women, boys, and girls can be won for Christ.

The Ministry is equally committed to training and equipping the Saints using its Resource Center to enable them to fulfill their God-given vision. As well as equipping and encouraging others to reach out to those in hospitals, prisons, orphanages, schools, and to the less-privileged to see to it that they shall be fed with both spiritual and physical foods to enable them to live a spiritually balanced life.

In effect, we are commissioned by our Lord Jesus Christ to reach out to the entire world with the uncompromised Word of God and be a part of His Great Commission Coalition.
