Heaven or Hell?

Dennis Robinson, president of the Great Commission Coalition and founder of HOPE Ministries, demonstrates a keen awareness of the condition of a lost and dying world, and of people’s absolute need to turn to Jesus Christ in faith as the Only means for salvation:

"... Life is worth nothing unless I use it for doing the work assigned me by the Lord Jesus - the work of telling others the Good News about God’s mighty kindness and love." (Acts 20:24 LB)

Dennis’ earliest childhood memories are of God’s support during the difficult circumstances following the death of his father. Through years of wandering and rebellion after his fathers death, God remained faithful. Through the love, prayers and example of his Godly wife and mother, he learned to trust and obey God’s Word. While in his mid 20’s, Dennis had a “Damascus Road” experience with the Lord and was born again. Dennis received a clear call to the ministry in 1980 and HOPE Ministries was born. He began an exhaustive study of God’s Word and the Ministry of Jesus and the Holy Spirit. Dennis often says, "I cannot impart to others what is not a reality in my own life."

In 1980, Dennis began full time Ministry as an Evangelist. Spreading the Gospel through local church revivals, teaching seminars, and area wide crusades. This Ministry touched the entire world through disaster relief, humanitarian-aid projects, mission feeding programs, and Missionaries on every continent. After more than 23 years with HOPE Ministries, Dennis resigned his position with HOPE to join the GCC. Today, the Ministry of the GCC is poised to take the Gospel to the whole world with Dennis in the leadership role as President.

Dennis’ messages include instructional teaching for personal spiritual growth which focus on prayer, the character of God, fellowship through the Holy Spirit, and the Person of Jesus Christ. Dennis is committed to the position that the Bible is the inerrant Word of God, a belief strongly reflected in all of his teaching.

Dennis is a person whose counsel is sought by leaders in the Church, the business world, and those that govern the affairs of state alike. His counsel can best be summed up in one phrase...”Keep Looking to Jesus”.

A common theme found in correspondence with those that Dennis ministers to is how God has changed their lives through Dennis’ teaching. Any success achieved by the GCC or Dennis is directly attributed to the hand of God. Dennis says, "It is the Word of God and the work of the Holy Spirit that changes people’s lives."

The goal of Dennis Robinson is best represented in the GCC’s mission statement: To be an instrument used by God to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ... and to build as required and strengthen the local church. Dennis’ utmost heart desire is to take the Gospel to "as many people as possible, as clearly as possible, as irresistibly as possible, as quickly as possible, and to do it to God’s glory."
